Job summary

Ingram Content Group in La Vergne, TN is seeking forklift associates to join our Operations team. You will operate forklifts, use RF scanners, and stock duties to keep our distribution centers efficient while upholding safety standards.

We value reliability and the ability to work a Sunday-Thursday night shift; pay starts at $19.50 per hour with a $2 shift differential, and benefits begin on day one. Training is provided to certify and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Certification as an equipment operator or qualified for certification.
• 1 year work experience in at least one previous job.
• 6 months' work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Operates forklift and uses a radio frequency scanner to perform stocking activities such as pull down or put away.
• Moves stock as assigned.
• Signs out forklift after completing a daily safety checklist.
• Reports any unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Stacks product physically onto and off of pallets repetitively throughout the designated shift.
