Job summary

XPO is seeking a Forklift Operator in Manheim, PA to efficiently sort, handle, load and unload freight on a dock. You’ll use forklift and pallet jack, secure freight, and work in a fast-paced environment on a dock that is not climate-controlled.

The role requires 18+ years old, basic math, and flexibility to work days, evenings, nights and weekends. Benefits include full health insurance from day one, PTO, holidays, 401(k) match and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to do basic math calculations, with or without a calculator.
• Available for a variety of shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Use forklift and pallet jack and other equipment as needed.
• Secure freight inside trailers using proper tools and supplies.
• Adhere to safety policies and work on a non-climate-controlled dock as required.
• Use mobile devices to scan and track shipments.
