Ohio Logistics is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator for our distribution center in Trenton, Ohio. The role focuses on safe forklift operation, loading/unloading, and accurate order preparation to ensure on-time shipping.

Responsibilities include using RF scanners, maintaining inventory accuracy, conducting equipment inspections, and upholding safety policies in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience (required).
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse technology (required).
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Loading and unloading trailers according to customer and company specifications.
• Transporting and storing inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Picking mixed pallets and staging orders for shipment.
• Using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory movement.
• Reviewing packing slips and shipping documents for accuracy.
• Inspecting inbound and outbound shipments for damage or discrepancies.
• Conducting daily forklift inspections and reporting maintenance concerns.
• Wrapping, banding, labeling, and preparing pallets for shipment.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
