Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator at our Phoenix facility. You will move and store goods using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring accurate placement and efficient flow through staging and storage areas.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, performing safety checks, and meeting productivity standards while following GMP guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly during shift; able to lift 10–35 lb and up to 60–90 lb depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Locates proper slot on storage racks and positions pallets with forklift or hand stack items.
• Transports incoming freight to inventory and replenishes pick slots as needed.
• Performs material handling and equipment checks, and maintains safe work area.
