Job summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group company, is seeking a Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to support our day shift in the distribution center. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to move freight from receiving to storage and prepare stock for outbound orders.

Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with Day 1 health benefits, 401K matching, stock purchase plan, education assistance, and PTO. Candidates must lift up to 60–90 pounds and pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or required by location.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, reach truck) to move goods.
• Receive, store, and stage products following GMP and safety rules.
• Enter product data and locations into tracking systems.
• Maintain orderly work area and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Assist with inventory counts and quality checks as needed.
• Meet location productivity and accuracy standards.
