Job summary

48forty-Solutions,-LLC in the United States is seeking a Forklift Operator to move pallets and support production across the warehouse. You will load and unload customer trailers, sort pallets, and assist with pallet repair as needed.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification (preferred), and 1–3 years of forklift experience (preferred but not required). The position offers 2nd shift hours and competitive pay at $19 per hour, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Forklift certification preferred
• 1-3 years of forklift experience preferred, not required
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, lumber, welding, roofing, and/or construction is strongly preferred
• Willingness to work in a labor intensive environment
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Willing to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Move sorted pallet stacks to appropriate staging area using Relogistics forklift equipment
• Forklifts must be operated with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times
• Hand-sorting wooden pallets, when required
• Repairing wooden pallets using a nail gun, when required
• Maintain a clean & safe working environment
