Position Summary:

Responsible for loading, unloading, and processing products using a stand-up forklift. Fully trained and certified on forklift after orientation.

Qualifications:

• At least 12 months of warehousing experience within the last 18 months
• 6 months of forklift experience within the last 12 months
• Cold storage experience preferred
• Must have full range of motion and be able to stand for extended periods
• Vision correction if needed; PPE provided for hearing protection
• Pass health assessment and drug screening

Responsibilities:

• Work 12-hour shifts, moving quickly and lifting up to 40 pounds
• Follow Tyson policies and safety guidelines
• Use handheld scanners for tracking products
• Perform various duties such as receiving, put away, replenishing, picking, and loading

Work Environment:

• Drive PIT equipment in cold and damp environments (-5 to 30°F)
• Provide PPE including freezer suits, gloves, and headwear
• Wear steel or composite toe boots covering the ankles
• Operate forklifts and reach trucks; possible training on cherry pickers

Shift Details:

Shift availability determined at time of offer. Example shift: Wednesday 00:00-06:00, Thursday-Saturday 18:00-06:00.
