Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a hands-on forklift operator to join our production team. You will load and unload using forklifts, adhere to safety protocols, and help keep pallets organized for accurate product specs.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience and certification preferred but training provided if needed.
• HS diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations helpful.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials using forklifts with safety first.
• Follow all safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents per shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and keep workspace clean and organized.

What Youll Be Doing

Load & Unload with Precision Safely operate forklifts to move materials and loadunload trailers supporting our production teams Safety First Always Follow all safety protocols and help us achieve zero incidents every shift Sort & Support Hand sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards are met Keep It Moving Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency Stay Clean & Organized Practice Clean as You Go and help maintain a safe tidy workspace Lift & Move Be ready for physical work lifting up to 70 lbs and performing repetitive motions throughout your shift

What You Bring to the Table

Prior forklift experience and certification preferred but well train and certify you if needed Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations Experience in a fast paced production based environment is a plus High School Diploma GED or equivalent work experience preferred A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a diverse team
