Job description

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled, safety-conscious Telehandler Operator to join our construction crews on various jobsites. This role is specifically for those with construction site experience.This position requires candidates to be willing to travel around New York for work upon completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a telehandler to lift, move, and position construction materials in outdoor, rough terrain conditions.
• Assist construction crews with tasks such as mixing mortar, organizing materials, and supporting formwork.
• Conduct routine maintenance, including cleaning and lubricating equipment.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Follow supervisory instructions and work collaboratively with site teams.

Requirements:

• Valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Hands-on experience operating telehandlers or other heavy equipment in a construction setting.
• 1+ year of construction experience (prior warehouse experience is not applicable).
• OSHA 10 Certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites.
