Job summary

48forty Solutions is seeking a Forklift Operator in Biglerville, PA to load and unload trailers, move pallets within the plant, and help keep manufacturing production moving safely and efficiently.

We offer hourly pay of $20.00, 1st and 2nd shifts Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed. The role requires 1–3 years of forklift experience and prior work in warehouse or construction environments; strong communication and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of forklift experience.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, or construction is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work in a labor intensive environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries of pallets and/or wood to the proper location inside the plant.
• Move freshly cut and recycled wood to the appropriate worktable area.
• Stack finished products into trailers or to storage areas up to a safe height.
• Maintain a safe working environment by lifting, stacking, and transporting materials with all other plant personnel in mind.
