Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking a full-time Forklift Operator in Shreveport, LA. Starting at $22.63 per hour, shifts Monday–Friday on various schedules. Primary duties include moving freight safely in and out of 53' trailers and operating a forklift on a roofed, non-climate-controlled dock.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
• Ability to read manifests.
• Ability to read/interact with a computer display.
• Forklift experience.
• Must be dependable and able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Some LTL experience.

Responsibilities

• Move freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53' long.
• Operate forklift on a roofed but non-climate-controlled dock.
