Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator for our cold storage facility in Fullerton, CA. You will safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to move orders, load and unload pallets, and consolidate inventory with accuracy.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Pay is $21.21/hour plus a $1.50 cold storage shift differential, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), tuition assistance, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently.
• Bonus points for Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to keep orders moving.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Assist with manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits and correct labeling discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the right bays to keep warehouse moving.
• Perform other duties within training and capability.

As a Forklift Operator, you’re the backbone of our warehouse operations. Safely maneuver forklifts to make sure products are perfectly loaded, unloaded, picked, and stored. The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts, electric pallet jacks (EPJ), and other material handling equipment (MHE) to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management in support of daily warehouse operations. This role supports daily warehouse operations through loading, unloading, picking, and consolidation of products while upholding CJ Logistics America’s safety and quality standards.

Schedule & Pay

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Pay Rate: $21.21/hour + $1.50 cold storage shift differential

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy
• Master the art of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets
• Jump in with manual case picking when directed
• Get products prepped and shipped with accuracy and care
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse moving by replenishing products in the right bays
• Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise

Work Environment

• This job operates in a cold storage warehouse environment, where the action happens, you must be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from 50 degrees Fahrenheit to -10 degrees Fahrenheit.
