Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Florida. You will safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, pick, and store goods while supporting daily inventory and order fulfillment.

• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience.

• Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to move orders and keep customers happy.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the right bays to keep the warehouse moving.
• Tackle other duties within training and expertise.

As aForklift Operator, you’re the backbone of our warehouse operations. Safely maneuver forklifts to make sure products are perfectly loaded, unloaded, picked, and stored.

The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts, electric pallet jacks (EPJ), and other material handling equipment (MHE) to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management in support of daily warehouse operations. This role supports daily warehouse operations through loading, unloading, picking, and consolidation of products while upholding CJ Logistics America’s safety and quality standards.

• Pay Range: $17.52 per hour + $0.75 shift differential
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:00pm-4:30am

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Safely operatestand-up or sit-down forkliftsto keep orders moving and customers happy
• Master the art ofloading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets
• Jump in withmanual case pickingwhen directed
• Get productsprepped and shippedwith accuracy and care

• Tackle otherdutieslike a pro — all within your training and expertise
