Job summary

Endries International Inc. is hiring 1st Shift Forklift Operators at our Fort Worth, TX location. The starting wage is $18 per hour, with potential to earn an additional $1.25 per hour through the skill block program.

Full-time associates receive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a company-matched 401K. Responsibilities include pulling products from shelves, staging at lanes, meeting picks-per-hour metrics, and safe handling of packages up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience is a plus, but will train the right candidate.
• Computer experience and prior RF scanner experience is a plus.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills are required.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Not have a fear of heights.
• Strong attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Pull product off the shelves and stage at lanes for outbound.
• Meet picks-per-hour metrics and handle packages up to 50 lbs.
• Operate cherry picker/stand-up forklift as required.
