Novo Building Products | Allentown, PA 18101

The person in this position will be responsible for safely operating the forklift for transferring products to designated locations within the warehouse.

Pay starts at $18/hr

Shift - Monday to Thursday, 1pm - 11:30pm

Benefits available after 60 days

• Operates a forklift to move products and pallets throughout the warehouse supporting order pulling, receiving, stocking, truck loading, and general warehouse activities.
• Pulls products to the banding area, ensuring proper labeling with unit numbers, total units, and packaging information.
• Restocks products by moving them to bins, checking stock quality, and tallying bundles for system accuracy.
• Inspects aisles visually and notes low-stock items for replenishment.
• Operates hand-held scanners and performs inventory control functions.
• Must pass Novo forklift training and operate forklifts following all safety protocols.
• Maintains awareness of hazards and promotes a safe work environment.

Basic Qualifications (Required)

• Ability to perform all essential functions safely and effectively, including physical tasks.
• Capability to handle awkward product lengths and lift 50-100 lbs with assistance.
• Basic math, interpersonal, teamwork, and reasoning skills.
• Ability to operate a scan gun for inventory management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in distribution or manufacturing environments.
• Experience operating forklifts with weights of 2500 lbs or more.
