Your Job

Start your career as a Forklift Operator at Georgia-Pacific's Broadway facility in the Logistics Department. Forklift Operators will work rotating 12-hour shifts that include days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Our Team

The Green Bay Broadway Mill manufactures and distributes leading brands of paper products, such as bath tissue, napkins, and towels. Our employees and products support a strong economy in Northeastern Wisconsin.

Compensation

The starting pay rate is $21-22 per hour, based on experience. A $3.00/hour shift premium applies for night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM). This role is eligible for variable pay, awarded as a monetary bonus or other forms.

What You Will Do

1. Operate mobile equipment with various attachments to move materials and ensure smooth production flow.
2. Use a warehouse management system for daily job management.
3. Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas.
4. Perform minor and preventative maintenance on forklifts.
5. Follow safety rules and wear PPE.
6. Attend scheduled shifts punctually, including meetings and training as required.
7. Perform physical tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, and standing for up to 12 hours in a loud, industrial environment.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with computers, tablets, or smartphones.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience.
• Experience with rotating shifts.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Teamwork experience.
