Top Metal Solutions in Adkins, TX is hiring a Forklift Operator (English/Spanish bilingual) to safely move heavy metals, load and unload trucks, and organize the warehouse. This on-site, full-time role reports to the Warehouse / Logistics Coordinator.

The ideal candidate has forklift experience, the ability to operate 6,000–35,000 lb machines, a valid certification if possible, and a strong safety mindset consistent with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse/industrial setting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts ranging from 6,000 to 35,000 lbs (LP and diesel).
• Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, and storage areas.
• Move, stack, and organize heavy materials in the warehouse and yard.
• Hook and unhook trailers as needed.
• Perform pre-operation inspections and report any maintenance issues or damages.
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.

This role is critical for safely moving heavy materials, loading and unloading trucks, organizing the warehouse, and supporting daily logistics operations.
