Modular Mission Critical in Virginia is seeking a hard-working Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations at our Richmond-area site. You will operate forklift and pallet jack, move material, and ensure accurate handling from receiving through shipping.

The role requires reading numbers, weighing shipments, keeping work areas tidy, and collaborating with teams in a fast-paced environment under varying weather.

Qualifications

• Requires basic computer skills and organizational ability.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or with others.
• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and pallet jack daily.
• Identify serial and manufacture numbers in the system as needed.
• Stack and store materials neatly and securely.
• Secure freight in or on vehicles.
• Protect materials from weather and damage during transport.
• Answer questions via email or phone in a timely, professional manner.
• Read and count accurately during receiving, shipping, or audits.
• Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean and professional.
• Weigh shipments before departure and record on pull tickets.
