Summary: Responsible for loading, unloading, and processing products using forklifts. Full re-training and certification provided during orientation.

Qualifications:

• 6 months forklift experience with the same employer in the last 3 years
• Cold Storage experience preferred
• 3 months stand-up forklift experience preferred
• Must have full range of motion and be able to stand for long periods
• Vision correction and PPE as needed
• Pass health assessment and drug screening

Responsibilities:

• Work 12-hour shifts, moving quickly and lifting up to 40 lbs
• Follow safety policies
• Use handheld scanner for tracking
• Perform various warehouse duties such as receiving, put-away, replenishing, picking, and loading

Environment:

• Operate in cold and damp environments, temperatures from -5 to 30°F
• Provide PPE such as freezer suits, hearing protection, gloves, and headwear
• Wear steel or composite toe boots
• Drive stand-up forklifts and reach trucks, possibly trained on cherry pickers
• Stand or walk most of the shift
