About the Role

This is a dynamic, seasonal warehouse role that evolves throughout the year. The Forklift Operator / Material Handler is central to seed production, handling tasks from harvest to packaging and shipping. The role requires adaptability, reliability, and readiness to work across seasons.

Work Environment

Indoor and outdoor work with lots of walking.

Rotating schedule every 4 weeks.

Shifts: Day Shift 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (Mon–Thurs); Night Shift 4:00 PM–2:30 AM (Mon–Thurs). Night shift pay increase for hours worked after 6 PM.

Contract position based in New Madrid, MO.

Pay and Benefits

Pay range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour.
