Job summary

Novo Building Products is seeking a Forklift Operator in Lakeland, FL. You will move products and pallets around the warehouse, using RF scanners to track items and ensuring accurate labeling and location placement.

The role requires operating a forklift safely, maintaining a clean work area, and following all safety procedures. Training will be provided, and overtime may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a forklift and move product safely.
• Ability to read, understand and carry out written procedures and standard work instructions.
• Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work overtime.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Operates a forklift to move product and pallets throughout warehouse safely.
• Communicates discrepancies, product issues or safety concerns to Supervisor.
• Ensures product is moved and scanned to the correct location using RF scanner.
• Maintains a clean and safe area free of debris.
• Completes Novo forklift training and adheres to safety requirements.
