Position Summary
The Forklift Operator is responsible for loading and unloading trailers, loading shipping containers, and safely transporting and staging material in its designated location. Accurate and efficient performance increases productivity and profitability, which support the overall mission.

Job Pay & Perks

• Pay Range: $18.41 - $26.48
• Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota prioritizes work-life balance. Weekend/holiday shifts are limited, and we offer competitive pay, flexible hours, a variety of benefit options and an employee discount.
• Work-life balance: No overnights or late closing shifts, and limited holiday hours (closed Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day)
• GESMN retail locations are closed on major holidays.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, employees, and customers.

Prior Experience & Education

• Forklift operating experience required.
