Job summary

Target in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Forklift Operator to move product safely using stand‑up reach trucks and pallet jacks, stage items for production, and prepare shipments. You will log receipts in warehouse software and Excel, and assist in maintaining forklift equipment.

This on‑site role requires adherence to procedures, the ability to lift 50+ pounds, and flexibility for 12‑hour shifts. Prior warehouse or shipping/receiving experience is preferred to help keep distribution operations

Responsibilities

• Operate stand‑up reach truck, riding pallet jack and other PIT equipment to move product.
• Stage product to keep production lines running smoothly.
• Prepare finished work for shipment (banding/wrapping skids).
• Load/unload incoming and outgoing trailers.
• Log receipts in warehouse software and Excel.
• Assist in maintaining forklift lifts and powered pallet jack equipment.

Job description

Pay range per hour: $17.98 - $30.48. Pay is based on labor markets, education, work experience and certifications.

Job Summary
