Job summary

Talking Rain Beverage Company is hiring a Forklift Driver for our Preston, WA warehouse. You will operate forklifts, assist with shipping/receiving, and maintain accurate inventory using an RD scanner. This role requires safe operation, adherence to FIFO, and GMP practices in a high-volume setting.

We offer a 4x12 schedule with weekends off, 3 weeks of vacation, FMLA parental leave, and a broad benefits package. Overtime and shift differentials apply depending on hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of forklift driving experience, warehouse experience preferred. WMS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate all forklift equipment safely and help complete accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, and record keeping duties.
• Perform all pre-flight inspections on forklift equipment.
• Manage product consolidation and rotation in the warehouse, adhering to FIFO at all times.
• Stack product safely and according to standards.
• Conduct cycle counts, inbound receipts and outbound orders using an RD scanner.
• Follow dock safety procedures and ensure loads are locked when in use.
• Maintain GMP and housekeeping standards; keep work areas clean and organized.
• Assist in inventory cycle counting and ensure food safety and SQF practices.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
