Kruger Packaging's Elizabethtown Plant is seeking a Forklift Driver to safely move materials, support production lines, and manage inventory in a fast-paced warehouse. You will follow schedules, operate forklifts, and help maintain safety and quality standards on site.

Starting pay is $21.94 per hour with a $0.75 shift differential on 3rd shift. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement, with opportunities for advancement through training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Forklift driving required; experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or heavy equipment operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to transport materials and load/unload trailers.
• Maintain accurate stock location records and ensure timely material flow.
• Follow production schedules and assist teammates to improve efficiency and quality.
