Kruger Packaging in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a Stacker Operator for the 3rd shift. This full-time position stacks sheets from the corrugator, supports production efficiency, and ensures quality checks. The role requires reading basic measures, operating a forklift, and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Forklift driving required; experience preferred.
• Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Place protective bottom sheets and insert dunnage sheets when applicable.
• Count and verify unit and inch counts of units.
• Ensure proper load tags are in each unit.
• Restack and flip stack units as necessary.
• Complete quality checks as required.
• Relay messages to proper personnel promptly regarding necessary adjustments.
• Learn to read converting lineups.
• Be proactive in the maintenance of equipment; turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs.
• Adhere to production schedule.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.
• Communicate effectively using radio equipment while adhering to proper radio etiquette.
• Assist other corrugator personnel as instructed.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
