Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a forklift operator for its Hexacomb/ corrugated packaging operations in Arlington, TX. This role requires safe forklift operation, warehouse organization, and accurate documentation of materials unloaded and shipped.

You will support production, maintain inventory accuracy, and comply with all safety rules. Training to become clamp truck certified is provided within 3 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months forklift experience.
• Willing to work 3rd shift.
• Willing to work overtime on short notice.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• PCA certified forklift license.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Operate wrapping equipment when necessary.
• Keep stock and materials in orderly fashion.
• Documents materials unloaded and taken off trucks.
• Balance workload and assist other shipping/material handlers to organize warehouses.
• Adhere to safety rules and report any defects or issues with equipment.
• Become Clamp truck certified within 3 months of hire.
