Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Forklift Operator in Minooka, IL to perform safe operation of forklifts and movement of goods for distribution. You will load, unload, and stack materials, scan items, print labels, and complete inventory paperwork to support shipping/receiving demands.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, daily safety inspections, and maintaining a clean work area. A valid forklift license or ability to obtain one is required, with a high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Background and Drug screen required.
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Powered Industrial Equipment to move products for distribution (sit-down/stand-up forklifts, clamp, picker).
• Load, unload and store products and materials.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Scan products and print labels; complete related paperwork.
• Maintain product rotation procedures.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Complete daily safety inspections on forklift trucks.
• Report incidents to supervisor.
• Assist with housekeeping and other tasks as assigned.
