Endries International Inc. has an opening for a 3rd shift Forklift Operator working four 10-hour shifts at our corporate headquarters in Brillion, WI. The starting wage is $19 per hour with the potential to earn up to $6.25 in pick premiums. As a Forklift Operator (cherry picker/stand-up forklift), your primary responsibility is to pull products off shelves and stage them at the lanes for timely dispatch to customers. The role involves meeting specific metrics for picks per hour and lifting packages up to 50 lbs for an entire 8-hour shift. Previous forklift (cherry picker) experience is preferred.

The starting wage is $19.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn an additional $6.25 per hour in premium pay. We provide work T-shirts and reimbursement for steel-toe shoes.

Shift hours are four 10-hour shifts starting Sunday through Wednesday, from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate
• Computer experience and RF scanner familiarity are advantageous
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to stand throughout the shift
• No fear of heights
• Strong attendance record
