SpartanNash Military in Norfolk, VA is seeking a forklift operator to move, load, unload, relocate and stack merchandise in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will pull and stage orders for delivery, load outbound shipments, and operate equipment safely, following standard operating procedures and close supervision.

SCHEDULE:

Monday - Friday 11:00pm - 7:30am

Starting Rate: $21.00 per hour

Your work environment may include:

Grocery - Dry side (about 50F-90F)

Perishable Refrigerated (about 28F to 60F)

Freezer (-20F to 0F)

Position Summary:

Responsible to operate a forklift to move, load, unload, relocate and stack merchandise. Responsible for pulling and staging orders for deliver; unload inbound and load outbound shipments and move products to dispersing trailers. Responsible for safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and maintain facility's equipment in a neat, clean, and orderly manner.
