Job summary

Altium Packaging in Londonderry, NH seeks a dependable Forklift Operator for the 11:00pm - 7:30am shift. You will operate a forklift to stack and retrieve supplies, load/unload materials, and ensure production lines are stocked with raw materials.

Essential duties include following GMPs, accurately recording materials and weights, and assisting with material handling across the production floor. High school diploma and OSHA forklift certification are required; some overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Current OSHA forklift driving certification.
• Overtime may be required due to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to stack and retrieve supplies and materials.
• Load and unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Keep production lines supplied with raw materials and monitor usage.
• Weigh materials or products and record results on tags or schedules.
• Inventory product and label, sort, wrap and tied product as needed.

Work Shift: 8hr-3rd Shift (United States of America)

The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating a forklift truck to stack and retrieve supplies and materials as well as following our company's Good Manufacturing Practices. The hours for this position are 11:00pm - 7:30am

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies
• Load trucks and secure product in accordance with customer requirements
• Load and unload materials onto or off of pallets, skids, or lifting device
• Monitor material usage on work floor and supply production lines with raw materials
• Weigh materials or products and record results on tags, labels, or production schedules
• Keep production lines supplied with raw materials
• Inventory product as needed.
• And label, sort, wrap and tie product
• Unload and stack material by raising and lowering lifting device
• Other duties as assigned by management
