Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Spring Hill, TN is hiring Warehouse Forklift Operators to work in a clean, well‑run facility that emphasizes safety and reliability. You will operate sit‑down forklifts, perform loading, picking, packing, and cycle counting as part of a busy distribution team.

Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 4:00 pm–12:30 am. Pay: $20.33/hr base with overtime at $30.50/hr and a $1.25/hr premium when on the second shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Operate according to contract performance guidelines and safety standards.
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, and load/unload products and manage tote induction.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical support for automated packing systems during production hours.
