Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking Warehouse Forklift Operators to join our team. This 2nd shift role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a safe supply-chain environment with state-of-the-art equipment.

Pay starts at $20.00 per hour plus an additional $2.00 per hour, with 4 days per week schedule from 4:45 pm to 3:15 am and possible overtime. Training is provided on the job, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours.
• Perform duties within contract performance measurement guidelines.
