Job summary

DSV is hiring a Forklift Driver for the SLC 2nd Shift. The role involves operating power industrial trucks to move, stack and count merchandise, while ensuring safe, accurate shipping and receiving. You may also perform Order Filler and Checker duties as needed.

Responsibilities include unloading inbound shipments, picking orders, maintaining inventory integrity, and documenting activities. A forklift certification and basic computer skills are required, with 6 months in logistics preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 6 months experience working in a logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate MHE.
• Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations. Input data into WMS.
• Pull and prepare for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Move product from staging and/or storage to production lines or staging docks.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area and participate in security of the warehouse.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product using forklift or other equipment.
