Job summary

Impact Workforce Solutions seeks a skilled Forklift Operator for the Hodges, SC plant. This full-time role includes shipping/receiving duties, inventory control, and forklift-safe operation. Initial training on a 1st shift (Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm) with transition to 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) at $17.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift driver certification.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Willingness to expand leadership skills and adapt to rapid changes.
• Ability to read/write and perform basic math.
• Work safely in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex material control to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Handle shipping/receiving duties for inbound/outbound freight.
• Maintain records and logs for data integrity and tracking.
• Assist in analyzing supply chain and freight cost improvements.
• Prepare regular reports and ensure proper documentation.
