Job summary

Abacus Solution Group is seeking a Forklift Operator for the Greer, SC distribution center. This 2nd shift role runs Monday–Friday, 3pm–11pm, with a pay rate of $20.90 per hour on a fast-paced warehouse floor.

You will safely move stock, load/unload shipments, and stage materials using stand-up and sit-down forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other MHE while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience operating forklifts or MHE.
• Experience with stand-up equipment; driving in reverse preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, JDA, Blue Yonder) is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy
• Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely moving stock within the warehouse. This includes loading and unloading shipments, staging materials, and operating various types of powered industrial trucks (PIT), such as:

• Stand-up and sit-down forklifts
• Clamp trucks
• Electric pallet jacks
• Reach trucks
