Role Overview & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Supervisor or Manager, the Forklift Driver operates and maintains a sit-down forklift to load/unload pallets and move materials within the warehouse.

• Complete daily forklift inspections using a checklist.
• Ensure forklift safety and operational readiness.
• Refuel or recharge forklift as needed.
• Verify and document loads accurately.
• Transport pallets within the warehouse.
• Properly document all moved materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
• Assist in other warehouse activities as needed.
• Adapt to changing work assignments and schedules.
• Attend work regularly as attendance is essential.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

What You'll Need

• At least 6 months of relevant experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to pass PLA's forklift certification test.
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
