Role is 2nd shift (MON-THU, 4:00p-2:45a) with a $2.00/hr shift differential.

Position Purpose:

Warehouse associates are essential to our success, working safely and independently to maintain product flow and quality standards. As a Forklift Operator, you will operate equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to transport and manage inventory efficiently.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Locating storage slots, setting pallets with forklifts, entering product data, and performing count checks of incoming freight.
• Replenishing pick slots, rotating stock, removing outdated inventory, and dispersing overstocked items.
• Handling pallets and packaging materials, inspecting pallets, and ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Performing safety checks, preparing equipment, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Completing paperwork, securing equipment, and performing housekeeping duties.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• 6+ months warehouse/distribution experience
• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime
• Physical ability to lift 10-90 pounds, stand, walk, reach
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments
• Pass drug test and background check
• Willing to learn powered equipment operation
