Our Bushnell Olathe location is seeking multiple Forklift Operator Positions to add to our 2nd Shift team. This position is responsible for performing tasks related to the receipt, fulfillment, and shipment of products at the Bushnell warehouse facility.

Responsibilities

1. Operate forklift equipment (various types)
2. Receive and process product into warehouse
3. Pick and pack products to fulfill orders
4. Prepare products for shipment
5. Assist with other projects as required
6. Support the production assembly department as needed

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Must be forklift certified or willing to become certified
• Working knowledge of RF gun
• Basic understanding of a Distribution Center
• Comfortable working at heights
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good reading and comprehension skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to receive coaching and feedback
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent attendance record
• Safety awareness

Physical Demands

• Stand, sit, walk, and work from heights up to 30 feet
• Frequently lift and shift boxes weighing 25-50 lbs, up to 65 lbs
• Perform physical activities involving arms, hands, and legs, including lifting, reaching, grasping, balancing, and stooping

Environment: Exposure to noise, dust, and climate changes

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 4:30 pm - 3 am

Compensation: $20.20/hr (range $16.54 - $23.37)
