Job summary

Radienz Living is seeking a Forklift Operator to move materials and finished goods within our facility on a full-time, on-site basis in Commack, NY. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and accuracy to sustain smooth operations and meet production deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of forklift experience, knowledge of cGMP and workplace safety, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This position supports inventory, shipping, and receiving activities in a dynamic manufacturing

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent required or preferred.
  • 1–3 years’ experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment.
  • Knowledge of cGMP and general workplace safety practices preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic math and computer skills for inventory counts and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate forklifts to move raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
  • Perform heavy lifting, loading, and unloading shipments following safety standards.
  • Use pallet jacks and other handling equipment to move goods within warehouse and production areas.
  • Accurately pick orders and support efficient shipping and receiving processes.

Background

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment to facilitate the movement of materials and products within our facility. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and accuracy in order fulfillment. The Forklift Operator will play a crucial part in maintaining the flow of operations while adhering to OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate forklifts to move raw materials, packaging, and finished products throughout the facility.
  • Perform heavy lifting, loading, and unloading shipments in compliance with safety standards.
  • Use pallet jacks and other material‑handling equipment to transport goods within the warehouse and production floor.
  • Accurately pick orders and support efficient shipping and receiving processes.
  • Assist with inventory management by performing cycle counts, stock checks, and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area to support a compliant manufacturing environment.
  • Adhere to all cGMP requirements, workplace safety protocols, and company policies/procedures.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.
  • May be required to perform other related duties on a temporary or infrequent basis to support business needs.

  • Manual dexterity to operate controls, tools, and equipment safely.
  • Visual acuity and depth perception to operate equipment and handle materials accurately.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse/manufacturing environment, which may include varying temperatures, noise levels, and exposure to dust or cleaning chemicals.
  • Stamina to work long shifts, overtime, or weekends when required to meet production needs.
Work Environment
