L’Oréal Fulfillment Center in Monmouth Junction, NJ is hiring multiple MMS II (Material Movement Specialists) to join our fast-paced team on the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:30 PM–3:00 PM). You will help move, store, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring inventory accuracy and safe handling in a state-of-the-art facility.

As a Material Movement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the efficient flow of materials within our state-of-the-art fulfillment center, ensuring that products are moved, stored, and prepared for shipment accurately and safely.

Required Experience

• Commitment to attendance and punctuality

• Ability to lift, pull, push and carry up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Preferred Experience

• Previous warehouse experience
• Forklift operation experience (certification a plus)
• Radio Frequency (RF) scanner experience
• Basic computer knowledge

Your Role As a MMS Ll

Material Movement Specialists are accountable for the physical movement and the accurate computer system transactions for all materials within the fulfillment center, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping areas. You will ensure the integrity of inventory and the smooth flow of goods to meet our customer demands.
