Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support production and shipping by keeping materials organized and ready. The role requires hands-on material handling experience and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a temp-to-hire opportunity with a Monday–Friday shift (4pm–12:30am). Candidates should be able to operate forklifts and read/understand English to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 12–18 months of material handling experience in warehouse operations and order kitting.
• Stand-up forklift experience.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar inventory management systems.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Comfort working with physical inventory counts and maintaining an organized, clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, inventory, pick, pack, and distribute materials and products within the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support shipping and receiving by unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
• Read work orders, transfer orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, or shipped.
• Assemble orders from stock, place items on pallets or carts for shipment or production and move parts kits to production points.
