Job summary

MSI Express, INC in Geneva, IL is hiring a full-time Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) matching.

You will operate forklift, clamp truck, and ERP systems to move inventory according to SOPs. Responsibilities include unloading inbound shipments, stocking, loading/unloading, pulling and preparing product for shipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and following OSHA safety standards.

Uses Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system when moving merchandise, loading and unloading product in accordance with material SOPs. **KEY ACCOUNTABILITY:*** Unload inbound shipments and move product within a warehouse/manufacturing environment.* Efficiently stock and store merchandise in appropriate areas* Loading, unloading, moving, stocking, and staging products and materials using a forklift, clamp truck, or other power equipment* Pull and prepare product for shipment or production ensuring the exact number and types of product is loaded.* Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy.* Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards* Report quality variances to supervisor or materials manager.* Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, orderly fashion.* Assist in physical inventories* Ensure proper stock rotation* Uses ERP system moving inventory/product in accordance with SOPs.* Follow all company policies including but not limited to general manufacturing and safety practices.* This position has responsibility for Food Safety and Quality within their influence.
