Job summary

Golden State Foods – Conyers, GA is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM).

You will operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, move materials, and assist with shipping and receiving in a full-time warehouse/yard setting.

Qualifications

• Stand-up and/or sit-down forklift experience with certification preferred.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors.
• Able to read shipping documents and safety instructions.
• Strong focus on safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move materials.
• Read batch pick sheets and bills of lading.
• Load/unload trucks and railcars.
• Connect/disconnect railcars and tankers.
• Support recycling and yard organization.
• Maintain FIFO and inventory documentation.
• Clean spills and follow lockout/tagout procedures.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Forklift Operator to support warehouse, yard, and production material movement. You’ll operate stand‑up forklifts, manage inventory, and assist with shipping and receiving.

What You’ll Do

• Operate stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts to move materials
• Read batch pick sheets and bills of lading
• Load/unload trucks and railcars
• Connect/disconnect railcars and tankers
• Support recycling and yard organization
• Maintain FIFO and inventory documentation
• Clean spills and follow lockout/tagout procedures
