Position Overview:

We are looking for a Forklift Operator responsible for operating and maneuvering forklifts within our facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, or stand-up lifts
• Use RF scanning equipment for inventory accuracy
• Adhere to quality and customer service standards
• Perform cycle counts, pick, wrap, and stage orders
• Unload inbound materials, inspect, and compare to packing lists
• Label, stage, and store materials; perform forklift checks
• Identify safety hazards and assist in workplace safety
• Consolidate pallets for finished goods

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of forklift operation experience
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it through Chelten House
• Ability to operate forklifts safely in shared work areas
• Good communication skills and ability to complete accurate paperwork
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with team lift or equipment for heavier loads
