Pay Range

Base Pay Range

$2.00/hr - $2.00/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Handle material handling, stock movement, computer entry, scanning, Kanban, cycle counting, etc.
• Prepare paperwork for receipts and shipments, ensuring proper documentation.
• Ensure smooth truck flow through inbound and outbound processes.
• Build loads and ship customer materials accurately and timely to meet delivery specifications and minimize freight costs.
• Maintain accurate inventory and communicate effectively with IP, sales, and transportation teams.
• Pick customer orders and verify accuracy.
• Operate equipment such as tow motors, power lifts, and scales.
• Perform data entry in warehouse computer systems.
• Overtime may be required during certain times of the month.

Hours and Pay

• Work 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) or 3rd shift (11pm-7am).
• Shift differential of $2 per hour on top of base pay.
• Minimum pay of $21 per hour.

Desired Experience

• Knowledge of inventory control.
• Working knowledge of PC and Windows OS.
• 1-3 years of forklift experience.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply).
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with scanning devices.
• Basic English proficiency for reading safety instructions and communicating.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
