Forklift Operator - 2nd and 3rd Shift - $2,500 Sign on Bonus

We are currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift. New hires are eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

The purpose of this role is to provide shipping and transfer support to the Production Team, ensuring products are staged, audited, handled, stored, shipped, and tracked efficiently while meeting quality standards and customer service levels.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent and relevant logistics/transportation experience.
• Knowledge of Warehouse and Transportation Management Systems.
• Forklift certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety and quality in warehouse and shipping operations, adhering to company safety and quality standards.
• Service the Packaging Line, including wrapping pallets, stacking bags, and preparing finished products for storage or shipment.
• Load and unload trailers, prepare trailers for loading, and verify documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and ensure cleanliness and safety in the shipping area.
• Manage forklift charging, inspections, and pre-checks.
• Assist with other production tasks as directed by supervisors.
