Job summary

SugarCreek Packing Co. is seeking a standup counterbalance forklift operator to work on 2nd or 3rd shift, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor. You will safely load or unload products and coordinate with truck drivers in a fast-paced environment.

Duties include operating forklifts, inspecting trailers, handling cases, and using RF equipment and warehouse software to coordinate shipments. Strong attention to safety and accuracy is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate standup counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Receive and follow instructions from Warehouse Supervisor.
• Load and unload trailers, verify order numbers and counts.
• Inspect trailers and maintain safe operating conditions.
• Use RF equipment and warehouse software to coordinate shipments.
• Prepare product for tempering services and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Comply with all federal, state, and SugarCreek policies.
• Adhere to safety, food quality and sanitation initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
