Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a forklift operator for 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) or 3rd shift (11pm-7am) in Northampton, MA. The role requires at least 3 years of forklift experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings and a PCA forklift license.

The position offers starting pay of $29.82 per hour, with annual bonuses based on plant performance, paid vacation, holidays, health/dental/vision coverage after 30 days, and a 401(k) plan with employer match. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Keeps stock and materials in orderly fashion.
• Deliver material to production equipment according to production schedules.
• Follow rules and procedures related to the safe and efficient operation of the forklift, including reporting any missing, broken, bent or worn parts.
• Alert to any obvious defects of incoming material.
• Adheres to all safety and work rules, company policies and procedures.
• Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
