Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in Lewisburg, Ohio is hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift roles to provide shipping and transfer support to the Production Team. The position emphasizes staging, handling, storing, and shipping finished goods with strict adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.

New hires are eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus. The role requires forklift operation, safety compliance, and teamwork to maintain inventory accuracy and efficient flow across packaging lines.

Qualifications

• Highschool graduate and relevant logistics/transportation experience.
• Basic knowledge of Warehouse and Transportation Management Systems.
• Forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety & quality in warehouse and shipping operations.
• Adhere to all Mars Inc/Royal Canin Safety & QFS requirements.
• Service the Packaging Line.
• Wrap Pallets of Finished Product with Stretch-Wrap Material.
• Stack empty bags for Packaging Line as necessary.
• Stack broken down cardboard boxes into case erector for Packaging Line as necessary.
• Stage Finished Product in Warehouse and/or trailer.
• Prepare Trailer for Loading.
• Load Trailers with Finished Product.
• Unload Production Supplies from Trailers.
• Escalate and Report issues to Shipping Coordinator, Warehouse Coordinator, Shift Manager and Flow Manager.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy (cycle counts).
• Verify documentation including quality, production, and sanitation records.
